Introduction
BEJUICYFIT MARKETING (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) provides content and services to you through the beJuicyfit.com website (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”). Subject to the following terms, by accessing or purchasing products on the Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, which may be amended from time to time at the discretion of the Company.

- The product picture(s) at BEJUICYFIT.COM is simply for reference only. Product colours may vary.
- Depending on situations, BEJUICYFIT.COM’s product prices, promotions, terms and conditions as well as restrictions may be different from other sales channels.
- This online store payment platform only accepts Hong Kong Dollar (HKD) orders and deliveries to Hong Kong
ORDER VERIFICATION
Upon receipt of your order, the Company will verify the information you provide. We will also verify the price, quantity, and availability of the products you order. The Company reserves the right to reject your order and/or limit the purchase quantity without giving any reason. If a product is out of stock, you will receive a cancellation notice.
PAYMENT
1. Once you complete your order details and confirm your order, payment will be processed through the online payment platform Stripe. Our company will not record your credit card information during this process. Your credit card will only be charged once your order is successfully accepted. If you add an item to your shopping cart and pay with your credit card, a 1-2% cross-border fee will be charged by your bank, depending on the credit card used.
2. If you use Express Checkout, there will be no cross-border fee, as indicated on the interface. Please note this.
If you present your payment outside of business hours (business hours are Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM), payment will not be processed until the next business day.
DELIVERY
We can arrange MTR station meet-up collection, please contact customer service for details.
Cash on delivery (not applicable to orders above HK$10,000)
The fee only includes the delivery fee for the first delivery attempt. If the first delivery is unsuccessful, a second delivery will incur extra charges paid by the customer.
- Delivery arrangement: Delivery locations include Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories and outlying Islands. No delivery services on Sundays and public holidays.
- Actual delivery time depends on the paid order(s).
- Product(s) would be delivered within 3 to 5 working days after the order placed.
- During bad weather conditions (e.g. Storm Signal No. 8, Gale and etc), the affected orders will be deliver after the weather is cleared.
- All pending self-pick-up orders should be picked up within 3 working days, or the order will be cancelled.
GOODS EXCHANGE
- Customer or recipient is required to examine the goods immediately upon delivery for any deficiencies and/or damages.
- In the event of discovering damaged products when the product is unpacked, please return the damaged or wrong products to beJuicyfit. Customers may also refuse to accept the products.
Returns & Refunds
BEJUICYFIT.COM provides customers with the most complete after sales service. After customers purchased any products on this website, if they have any questions about the product (such as intake method), please feel free to contact us and we reply accordinly.
Before selling/sending any products, we will check to ensure the quality of the products. In some cases there may be unexcepted circumstances which may affect quality of the product. Rest assure we will be providing you with a solution.
Except for quality issue, exchanges and refunds are not accepted, but not limit to the following exceptions:
- The buyer has not received the item;
- The item is defective and/or damaged at the time of reception;
- The item does not match the agreed specifications (e.g. wrong item.)
Please pay attention to the following if there is any exchange:
- The goods must be purchased from the company’s online store (www.bejuicyfit.com);
- The goods must be replaced together with all the gifts that came with the purchase, otherwise the value of the gifts will be charged;
- Supply with valid invoices;
- Does not include exchange or refund based on personal preference;
- Does not include damaged goods due to improper use or human factors;
Only after receiving the returned product will the exchange be carried out. The returned goods can only be exchanged after inspection. The original amount paid for the returned product can only be refunded if the product is out of stock
Cancellation of Order
Any order placed in the system that is cancelled will incur a minimum fee of HKD$50 or 3% platform fee (whichever is higher). Please confirm carefully before placing an order.
Dispute
If there is any inconsistency or conflict between English and Chinese versions of this disclaimer, the Chinese version shall prevail.
In case of dispute, beJuicyfit.com reserves the rights for final decision.
