The body requires 1.85 litre daily to do all the necessary work and maintaining optimal levels, however, it is vital that 2-3 litre of water be consumed daily as water loss due to perspiration & sweating, excretion from urine, bowel movements, lungs ( gas exchange), constant lubrication of the mucous membranes and so forth.

For detox products like Frusso and Spiro to work, it is important to drink minimum 2L water a day to facilitate the detox process.
