Submit personal information (medical, health status, physical data) to further understand and match your goals

SECOND STEP
While waiting for ZENSO, prepare and stockup your pantry. Our nutritionist will start to guide you on meal plans

THIRD STEP
Get on the smart body scale after going to the toilet in the morning, on an empty stomach to obtain your body data.

THE FIRST WEEK

The following is an example: due to different body constitutions and individual requirements, the nutritionist will have different suggestions

BREAKFAST

Please weight yourself after going to the toilet and before eating

Kuro Mizu 1 sachet

After 30 minutes, add one sachet of Kuro Daitto (meal replacement) to 200ml warm water, stir well and drink

Eat two apples after 30 minutes

LUNCH

Kuro Shuga 1 tablet

Kuro Oiru 1 tablet

After 30 minutes, add one sachet of Kuro Daitto to 200ml warm water, stir well and drink

Depending on the individual, if necessary, you can eat designated snacks

DINNER

Kuro Shuga 1 tablet

Kuro Oiru 1 tablet

After 30 minutes, add one sachet of Kuro Daitto to 200ml warm water, stir well and drink

SECOND WEEK

Basically same as the first week, with minor changes in food, as we don’t want you to lose out too much of protein from your body. Recommended to go for small portions of food shown below:
