While waiting for ZENSO, prepare and stockup your pantry. The nutritionist will start to guide you on meal plans
THIRD STEP
Get on the smart body scale after going to the toilet in the morning, on an empty stomach to obtain your body data.

THE FIRST WEEK
The following is an example: due to different body constitutions and individual requirements, the nutritionist will have different suggestions
BREAKFAST
Please weight yourself after going to the toilet and before eating
Kuro Mizu 1 sachet
After 30 minutes, add two tablespoons of Kuro Daitto to 200ml warm water, stir well and drink
Eat two apples after 30 minutes
LUNCH
Kuro Shuga 1 tablet
Kuro Oiru 1 tablet
After 30 minutes, add two tablespoons of Kuro Daitto to 200ml warm water, stir well and drink
Depending on the individual, if necessary, you can eat designated snacks
DINNER
